Funny how terrible you are at tracking the real scammers and buyers/sellers. You wonder why so many people cheat on Neopets; it's because TNT is so desperate to sift out the cheaters that they are catching honest players in the sieve as well. I'm sure you have such a difficult job, sitting there at a computer all day reading an abundance of e-mails precariously written by people who are thoroughly trying to explain what happened to their account and why they were wrongfully frozen. You know, it would help out a lot of folks if you actually gave personalized responses more often than simply pasting scripted messages. I have been playing Neopets since the times Adam and Donna actually regularly posted on the Neoboards and when the support team was actually competent. Why do all you morons act like such robots? Oh right, it's because you're afraid of getting sued! Doug Dohring must have been proud plastering sex ads all over the site while denying it once confronted. And you idiots freeze people for even alluding to sex. How hypocritical of you although I'm not really surprised. What was once a fun game is now akin to North Korea.
Are you seriously surprised that the number of peak users on Neopets is decreasing on a monthly basis? Even Gaia Online has more than 30k users off-peak hours. You can attribute the majority of the decreasing users to nazis like yourself who freeze users simply because they're "bored". After being unfairly frozen, they go through the excruciating process of dealing with staff who only past scripted responses instead of trying to improvise with the user. Their friends are also pissed off and end up leaving.
Oh well, as I said, enjoy your job while it lasts. ^^ Neopets won't be around forever, given the way users are rapidly leaving. |
