Either way if you read after all the "requirements" it says this doesn't mean your accepted. So in return if hes an active member (extremely) it doesn't mean he isn't accepted.
I'll let Ben decide but I'm pretty sure his attitude, his length of time being in gaminggutter, his activity and the fact he has never received an infraction makes up for it. If it were up to me, the VIP should have a panel of people that decide whos in. Ben being one of them and Virus would get my vote to be another.
