It's not like when you get a new videogame, and you try and beat it the first day by playing it 15+hours straight, because that wouldn't have much of an affect on your body.
But when you constantly play day after day, hours without stop, you could get long term affects such as hearing loss, poor eyesight, and coordination and balance loss. |
... I do that though, the only other thing I do besides this and reading plus I get like 6 hours of sleep a night and it is by far no disease.
