Ok so your saying by making it legal it would lower the price.
This in no way effects the quality of the drug, if anything the producers will use not enough laxative or other additive in the drug or too much or not of the right kind, to ship the drug out faster.
This would create an influx of cheap nasty drugs.
People would then, since its legal, by these drugs to see whats its like.
The general audiances perception is that if its legal its not bad for your body, that of course has limitations, but in general thats the average perception, and drugs that are illegal are generaly viewed as the 'bad' drugs of sociaty and as a precation the government has taken that step as to say its bad and put it in a classing system where crack heroin and shit are class A and marijuana is class c, etc.
By legalizing these drugs you are creating the perception that the drug is ok for the general audiance and as such they will try it.
With the cheap bad drugs now available because of its legality it is more harmfull and more people will get addicted.
Sure it would make it easier to say 'yes im addicted' but along with that there would be a huge influx of the ammount of people saying it.
Also its not currently illegal to say your addicted to drugs, but i do know where your coming from about it would be easier, because right now there is a social stigma attached to drug addicts, which is: they are bad parents/ brothers sister etc. They have no self controll and care only of themself etc etc etc etc.
I guess that point is valid.
