| well it shouldn't matter the drug it matter how much you consume i'd say should be a limit.
I'd say yes just put a limit on what they can use of the drug like here in Denver an 1 OZ of weed if you 21 or older.. ;p
Even though sounds quite hard to maintain hence why the goverment or private and respectly companys give only certain limits on how hard the drug is of'coruse after you pay for it.
