Let me see.
Edit: It worked for me.
Go to User CP and click on Edit Signature.
Then click on the button that is right below the smiley face.
It should look like the world with like a paper clip.
Then it prompts you to enter a URL so just enter the URL and it should work.
If it doesn't work then you may have to be a UG member or up to have links in your signature.
