You'll learn how to get to a higher level based on my knowledge of getting or working with these same methods along with a few of my friends who are 99'ers.

FISHING! well simple put you fish of'course. haha **note keep all your fish if you wanna level both fishing and cooking, but to avoid burning you should read cooking guide too and plus you wont have to spend so much on cooking** F2p ::
P2p Level 1-10 Fish with net in ethier dranyor or south of lumbridge, alos make sure you have a net ;D.
Level 10-30 Fish with Bait and fishing pole in the same places above or any various locations you know of...etc
Level 30 to 60 (
or 99 ) Now is were you'll fish with Feather why? start at 30 so you can fish salmon! more buck for you feather! you'll needa get a fly fishing pole along with feathers of any amount from 5 to 1mill they go for about 3-7 ea depending were you go or if you shop in Grand Exchange so make sure to get a good amount of cash have around 100k-120k to get a decent amount if not Kill chickens for them? but as i was saying you'll be fishing Trout & salmon here, I suggest you go fish in Barbarian Village if your F2p but if your
P2p and have done Shilo village QUEST i suggest you go there till 60 or 99 or to the Fishing guild if you have 68 fishing, why 99? due too if your not looking for profit but fast exp and decent cash and easy cooking goods this is the way for you.
Level 60 to 99 Oh here's the fun part you can pick on doing /obsters or stick to Fly fishing you can pick, i'd suggest go to Catherby for lob's or karamja if you
f2p and barb village or if your a
member then shilo Village for Fly fishing or Guild for Both but you need to be 68 fishing and member, but thier way's are the best for getting to a higher level or 99 fishing!?! of'coruse you can fish Monks if you
p2p but you have to complete swan song quest along with what ever quests needed to do that quest and if you did do monks i'd say be
75+ fishing to fish them at a decent pace..but i'd say stick to Lobs or Feathers all the way.

F2p, Helpful hints/Places too Cook
The closest ranges to banks are in Al-Kharid, Edgeville or Lumbridge. The closest permanent fire to a bank in F2p in Draynor Village at Ned's house.
Go to Cooking Guild Helps sometimes.
P2p, Helpful hints/Places too Cook
Closest banks to cook in are in Catherby and the Lumbridge Cellar. There is also a permanent fire next to a banker in Rogue's Den, which if you can go to the Den it's the best spot to go too besides Lumby cellar.
Do Family Crest Quest.
Level 1 to 35 I suggest you stick to Meat/chicken/Herrings/mackrels or shrimps//etc from your fishing advetures till that meaning go kill some cows/chickens or fish!
Level 35/45 to 74 ( or 99 ) I suggest to all to cook there trout and salmon to 74 if they fished if not then buy some raw trout/salmon and cook them and re-sell..so forth. Due too Level 74 us when you stop burning Lobbies for good which means more profit! so stick from 35 to 45 on trout then 45+ mix it up a bit. till 74, or 68 with Cooking Guanlets from the Quest Family Crest, which is P2p.
Level 74/84 to 99 So now your a master of the fish under lobster along with very very large amount of food's in other areas you can cook, but now you can pick from monks lobs ..or trout/salmon if you want to get to 99 quick and pretty cheap do trout/salmon bvut if you want little more exp and some cash then do lobster same goes with monk fish, so 74 you wont burn lobs, nor salmon or trout and tuna..etc but i'd suggest not to cook monk inless you 84 cooking plus Cooking Guanlets if your p2p so you wont burn as many, if your f2p then stick to trout/salmon and lobs. ..so generally stick to cooking LLobster, Trout and salmon if your F2p and also Monk Fish if your P2p..Never cook sharks inless your willing to lose money and alot of exp you'll still burn them even if you level 94 inless you have guanlets which in that case you might burn 2 tops.
Also to get a decent amount level at a time you might need fish or buy 5,000 or more lobsters to keep exp and cash going threw..etc. getting an average of 1 1/2 levels for every 5k-7k of lobs, depending on your level.
