The price of literally everything has continually risen, and never decreased.
And since when does a cycle last a given amount of years? Economies go through inflation, birth/death, and even climatic cycles over peroids well over 50+ years. o.O
If you're saying a cycle such as "Things are good, then get bad," then yeah...that's a universal truth. lol.
