| If you hate him so much then report him for abusing you (you did say he hit you). Another thing, if he's the one that gave you the money, I see it just that he takes it from you. If you worked for it and he took it, then that's fucked, but if you have a job then you can move out and if it bothers you THAT much, then just move out.
i'm 13 cant move out Oo; worked for the money haha. and over here its legal as long as there are no bruises.
