| On one hand, what two consenting adults do in bed is no business of mine, whether they're related or not. On the other hand, EWW. On another hand, I believe that being attracted to close relatives, (As in immediate family members), is a type of sexual disorder, though the same was said about Homosexuality and various fetishes, so I can't vouch for the validity of that.
Really, I have to go with my first thought: Its none of my business. Even if they have children, hey, a number of things can make the chances of having a retarded mutant baby higher, like having children at an older age.
