| Woah your effects ended up way too messy. Way too grungy on the white and that render just seems low quality. Try working a little more with that style that got you the Zapdos sig. Also you seem not to work so well with white backgrounds but I wouldn't stress that too much the only good sig I ever made on a white background was by luck and nomhak pointing out a simple way to fix the problem I was having.
