| Recommend a serious anime?
I'm looking for anime that has little to no OTT comic relief. By that, I mean an anime that isn't meant to be funny, i.e Saikano (She the Ultimate Weapon) and Death Note. Elfen Lied was good, too. I'm also pretty big on the romance front, so long as it's serious and not full of chibified characters and floating lovehearts. Oh, and Yaoi, but I reckon that I've seen every non-pornographic shonen-ai/yaoi anime that there is :3
Any suggestions? If you could tell me a little about the anime as well, that would be great.
