| I used to get insomnia, not any more.
I used to go to bed at 9 pm, knowing that it will take me a long time to fall asleep, and the more I thought about it, the worse it got, so I'd actually fall asleep at around 5 am. That's 8 hours of lying on the bed doing nothing.
I realized I shouldn't stress out too much over it and stopped caring. Then the insomnia sort of stopped. But it still takes me about an hour to get to sleep. Much better than the 8 hours, at least. |
