| My account was frozen about 5 years ago because they thought I used a SS or something when I didn't ever, I was totally legit. I tried getting it back the day after it didn't work. I tried it again a few weeks ago and they replied saying that it was "inactive for too long" so they can't unfreeze it >.>
My friend was also in a similar situation except he was frozen for "getting scammed", which we still have no idea what it is about and he tried getting his account back at the same time I tried to get mine back both times and they basically said the same thing that it was inactive for too long.
It's like they lost all their data on people's frozen accounts from years ago and can't investigate old cases anymore. |
