These pets are... errr... Illegit? I don't know what to call them since I used an AutoAdopter to catch them in the pound. But as from what I've read in the Neopets' Hack section, "AutoAdopting has a very low freeze rate". And besides, it's in the pound so it's fairgame that I catched these pets and that transferring through pound is very legit. Also, I haven't received any neomail saying that they own these pets.
I am giving pets for FREE so no +reps required.. But I guess giving one won't hurt.
