I think the problem was that the request username script always try to pm to user id 1 so that is why it didn't work before.

Now the username request script should work, but I'll probably accept all of them at once on sat or sun. It now requires 150 posts to change username so it can stop people from abusing.

Nah, if he hacked the forum, he'd be able to get into admin and delete everything; even the board itself.
