i cannot download anything
uuhh... i cannot download anything in GG, help me please!!

when i click on someone's attachment, it shows a blank page on me, when i right click, and save, it saves but i cannot open the file

fixing?

Hey. Heres a simple cheezy guide to get the attachments to work.

1. Close opened web browser(s).
2. Clear all cache.
3. Sign in.
4. Try to download.

It worked for me, but if it doesn't I'm not sure what to tell you? Maybe try PMing a staff member or moderator about this problem if this doesn't help. Sorry for your troubles. Good luck.
