Well, I was only going to discuss this between myself, Kyo and Tony, but rather then keeping my ideas secluded to a small group, I decided to share it with all and intake feedback regarding them.

So let me know what you guys think, this suggestion revolves around a new "rep" system solely for specific usergroups, generally speaking of GFX and prog. team.

Lets explain this one using the GFX for example. With this system, all people apart of the GFX team (Including Leader) will have this RATING system whenever they post an image in the GFX section. It'll be something like a 5-star Rating system, users who REPLY to the thread will have the ability to leave a rating on the image they posted, that rating will then be reflected on their side panel (under the avatar probably) and in the profile, it'll also be represented but as far as How many users have left a rating.

This will also work for the programming team, but in form of attachements, if a user downloads it, they will be redirected to a screen to leave a rating, and that will also be reflected on the users profile, and under the avatar.

It'll obviously be similar to the rep system, but I feel it to be a nice kick to being apart of the team.

This can go even further to include the writer's group!

This is an interesting idea, but would it mean that we ( Programming team members and GFX team members ) will have another form of reputation? I do not quite understand.

To throw it in a nutshell, yes, they will have another form of rep, pertaining to the programs and art they release.

And it'll give people the initiative to work on graphics, programs, stories, etc. and become part of the groups.
