I've been seeing a ton of scammer alert threads lately. Rather than go OMG SCAMMER, these should just be sent right to an online mod/admin. Posting them in the forums is pointless. It makes our site look bad, and it generates clutter, since the threads tend to go on. If the person wasn't a scammer, then it messes with their reputation. Rather, there should jut be a sticky or something in the trading post listing people that were proved to be scammers and their emails. We don't even really need that, so long as someone takes the time to look through the banned/infracted section. So I guess what I'm saying is just to make it a rule or something not to make these threads.

Plus it's probably better practice to post a broad alert and in case that person is a scammer, other people will be wary of trading with them.

Considering people don't trade that often, and not that many people do, I would think a mod could review the case and put something in TP fast enough.
