I think that VIP should be able to rep the same person twice without having to spread it around.
it happens so often. someone does something really good or something that is completely rep deserving, and you go to rep them, only to find out that you cant because "you have to spread it around"
i see how this is obviously a good idea. it prevents abuse of the rep and people being stupid, but dont you think that VIP members should be trusted enough not to abuse this?
I vote that this should be added to the list of VIP perks
What are your opinions?
