this sounds kinda sketchy. If you actually wanted to make a successfull neopoint selling site you would probably use a good domain name + buy hosting. Good neopoint selling sites can make between 3-4k USD/month, so spending a 100$ bucks on hosting + domain for a year is like nothing.
