I'm sorry to welcome you to the world of unfairly frozen players

Is it possible someone got hold of your password somehow (keylogger, cg, etc) and things were pinned so they got it iced by swearing/scamming?
TNT needs to have measures in place to protect people from this scenario - pinning everything including self-freeze is useless if someone can just cuss on the boards and get you iced. If that happened, you'd never get your account back because they won't believe you.
Anyhoo, as for numbers - you could try calling their Premium line, but the guy there is useless. They don't treat free customers nicely, which is stupid considering they could be potential customers :/
Someone did post about a corporate number/email you can contact, but I can't locate the actual info. If someone knows what it is, do share, though it's probably better to distribute it via PM.
