GPoints: 3,283 Rep Power: 17 | Neopets E-mail issues? help me please!? A message you sent to -removed-hotmail.com was not delivered. The message from the other server is 'This email address has bounced in the past'. Check Neopets - Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) to find out what you can do to fix the problem.
Any way to fix this? :{

GPoints: 3,283 Rep Power: 17 | No, but I need that email...
Cause I'm trying to get another account that's registered under the same email, but it won't send :(
There is, I tried sending pw to email and it says, "Error: For security reasons, we can not retrieve multiple accounts registered to one email address."

Well, that seems pretty strait forward. :P "For security reasons, we can not retrieve multiple accounts registered to one email address"..
Can you be a little more specific on how this all happened? You've already requested a password with the email? right?

I have one account registered under that email, but I'm trying to get another account that's under the same email. I can't retrieve it because that's the error I get. (the one in the first post)

GPoints: 2,207 Rep Power: 12 | I've had the same problem. She has more than one account on the e-mail address, and she can no longer access any of the accounts information. So any attempts of trying to access the account [if this is what she is doings] are useless. I'm almost positive there is not away around this.

GPoints: 3,100 Rep Power: 4 | Email bounced if the user set a filter or something on the email address that prevents being contacted by @neopets.com, or the email doesn't exist anymore. If you've went onto the email, check the settings. If you've actually retrieved info on one account from the email address, then I don't know what can cause the other account not being able to retrieve login info...
