Score Sender?

I'm looking for a good SSer to use with a low freeze rate (I know it depends on my times and list) but I can't seem to find any. The only one I found is mOBSCENE's, but I doesn't work on my computer and it says I'm missing the file named "MSCOMCT3N.OCX". I looked for it but I couldn't find where to download it. Is there another SSer of the same or higher caliber?

EDIT: I tried downloading some of his other cool looking/sounding programs, one of which was the Cheat APer. I downloaded, unzipped, and tried to click the program to run it but it just make that one noise the computer makes sometimes, something like: "doomump" xD Well anyways then a box saying "Project1 has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." Why is that?

Another Edit: I changed the compatibility and I now get a different error message.

Can someone please close this board? I got it to work after doing what kayolix_ said and doing some crazy ass research then downloading 3 OCX files... x.x

I doubt they have different freeze rates.. The freeze rates depends on the list.

Well, I didn't know if some sucked so bad TNT knew I was SSing...

mOB's is the best one out there in my opinion.
If you would like to chat with him i do have his msn, The Score Sender he has made works in Vista, all you need to do is add and run some alternate files and it works ever so well.
