Teach me how to merchant on Neopets!

So I am deciding I want to play the market in Neopets.
I am completely new to this, so i would appreciate if any of you could give me tips, and how do I profit from doing this, etc.

A buddy of mine used to play Neopets... and he said he made a KILLING scooping up some kind of eggs from the market. Apparently, new players get these valuable eggs fairly quickly and a lot of them have no idea what they're for (like myself), so they put them on the market to make a quick buck. He'd just watch and wait for some eggs that were way below the usual sell-price, buy them up, and immediately resell for around the current price.

I know, its one of those things that most people could figure out, but being that Neopets is overpopulated with idiots, it worked for him. Mind you, I don't play Neopets and my friend hasn't in years, but... it may still be a viable strategy.

By market. Do you mean stock market or just like item market?

Playing neopets in general is pretty simple, you make neopoints by playing games, selling items, random events or **ehemm**cheating :P When you are either buying or selling and item, make sure you check the price on the Shop Wizard and the Trading Post. Right there your ganna save some serious neopoints at first.

Ok. Basically. Umm.

Buy items in shops low that sell for hella NP. That is really hard b/c of all the autobuyers. Shops restock like every 8 minutes.

Recomended Shops
Post Office
Food Shop

You can also shopwizard restock. Search for an item, and then refresh a bunch until you see one item that is priced WAY below what everyone else is selling them for.

If you feel like becoming a member, go ahead and use the super shop wizard to snipe.
