| For web proxies it's best to use direct creation links.
neopets.com/reg/process_index.phtml?username=USERNAME&password1=PASSWORD&password2=PASSWORD&terms=1&dowhat=next
neopets.com/reg/process_page2.phtml?nickname=Morissandy&gender=F&d ob_y=1951&dob_m=07&dob_d=05&country=GY
neopets.com/reg/process_page3.phtml?email_a=YOUREMAILADDRESS&email_b=YOUREMAILADDRESS&r=339
3 step process, if the page says "Launch" the proxy is blocked, if the page says "Success" then it worked.
If you're thinking of creating mass accounts watch out, TNT seem to be manually looking through account creation logs to see the accounts created around the time of the offending one, or something similar.
I created 30 the other day, 6 proxies and 6 different email accounts. All randomised creation information, and the usernames were "randomgenericforename"+random 6 digit number.
They systematically froze all 30 in the space of about 10 minutes after IP banned, so yeah branch the account creation out over a span of time.
