Wink Freedom to display

Let me explain the situation. I was driving home from work, and I noticed by the side of the road propped up against a tree, an large (we will say 12x12 plank of wood) With the writing "Stop the Demise of the world!! Stop The Obama Crimes" It was painted in red paint and the paint had dried so it was like blood dripping.

Now my question is, should this blatant act and sign against our president be aloud on private property? I believe that it will cause trouble, in the long run. As it is on the side of a main high way.

Do you think that, the owner should be aloud to publicly display this sign in there yard, or do you think to keep the peace that it should be taken down?

I for one was offended by this sign, the town i live in, is a small one outside our states capital, and I want to see it taken down. But does this clash with the owners freedom of speech?

Yes.

There will always be people with a different opinion than you. You can't do anything about it, thats why we just need to get over it.

But doesn't that clash with a person's right to live peacefully, what would a person gain from writing this sign for the whole state, well anyone driving by to see?

Inless they honestly believe that obama will ruin the country, but after all isnt it in chaos anyway.

People are easily misled. On the internet there are many conspiracy theories, most notably, Zeitgeist, which criticizes religion, Zeitgeist Addendum, looking at the government and banks, and the Obama Deception, which is a conspiracy involving the president and his involvement in Wall Street.

Some people believe this, I must say, I was fairly entertained by watching these, but they seem absurd. However, I decide not to make a decision whether to believe a system already proven corrupt by greed or a conspiracy theory promising Utopia, because many religions have already attempted that.

I am turning my back from politics and just focus on my dutch life, back to the point. People believe what they want to believe, and there's not a danm thing anyone can do about it.

Yeah I guess you are right, it just bothers me that some people can be so pig headed, and stubborn do you really believe everything you see in the media? Of course not, so why make such a stand in obvious public like that, I think it just makes them ignorant.

Some would say it makes you ignorant to feel offended by it.

I think we should and are allowed to display any opinions that we share. I don't think it's right, I think it's fair.

I believe we should share our opinions, if it's a big deal to you, you can contact that person and politely ask them to take it down, if that doesn't work just forget about it

Religion is misleading. I don't believe the Zeitgeist ideals are misleading, they are actually quite ingenious. You only find them "absurd" because they are far off from the way things are now, but that can change.
