ok, so, this was just something that I noticed...
Tests are racist .-.
everyone has raised a HUGE stink about being "politically correct" (which is in itself an oxymoron... but that is another topic) that on the scantron tests that ask you what your "race/ethnicity" is there are african-american, indian-american, iraqi-american... and then there is "white".
that is it.
why is it that every other race gets the "-american" added to the end?
I find this rather offensive...

I DEMAND that we should be called CAUCASIAN-AMERICAN...

OR, just put the fucking "races" back how they were.

I come from Texas, and to me, african people are called black.
there is nothing offensive about that. white people are called WHITE.
What I found funny is that my history teacher (I moved up north a few years ago) GASPED in class and nearly had a heart attack when I said black xD
I laughed... however, my english teacher has no problem saying the "N" word (don't get me started) when talking about a book that has the word in it...

if black people take so much offense to being called black, then why aren't we spazzing about being called white? and seriously, if you can read the fucking scantron sheet, chances are, you are AMERICAN... so the idiots who write the tests are just being redundant... and wasting paper D<

I'm japanese I can't really say much about it either o_O lol. I can't remember the last time I had to check off a box identifying if I was japanese or some other race here. We may have it, I just haven't noticed. I should check into that for interest's sake. We most likely have some papers to check off a box if a person is foreign(not a legal citizen).
