I need some help

Ok, i got in a fight with my schools bully, i hit him so hard he landed on his ass and was suspended for 5 days

Background:
Now see this kid has bullied me for 2 years now, and the morning i beat his ass he had slapped my across the back of my head, witch got me mad. Out of respect for the class i waited till lunch to actually fight him. I walked up to him and told him to stand up after saying in 2 times he didn't so i just gave up and turned around to walk away, as i did so he started to mock me "stand up,stand up fucking retard" So i walked up to him and punched him in the face. Then i punched him again moving him to the right, i got lined up perfectly and hit him to the ground on the 5th punch.

Current:
The parents are charging me for Assault, and they have the right because i hit him so hard he got a concussion Supposedly. This means i could go to juvy

My Support: 1 person confirming he was aggravating me into aggression
I have 52 kids confirming that he had hit me in the class, I have(Aggravated Assault) And i even have HIS OWN FRIENDS saying that he has had this shit coming(Have the message in my myspace inbox)

Can you guys give me any tips?

This is dead serious i could be going to jail.

Lol, When they start to send you to jail tell the judge:
What would you do if you were getting bullied?
Then tell him the teachers / principle did nothing. lol.
See if the judge says anything.

That was my plan but due to the fact, that it is a charge of Assault my main goal is to,
1.Get the charge dropped
2.Get it dropped to Aggravated Assault

At 3pm pst im going to the school the police are going to question us more thoroughly, my mom is still on my side so i feel confident

Ok - if he hit you first, and you have witnesses that he has been harassing you - he's fucked. His parents should know what HE was doing. So just tell them everything; about him bullying you, him hitting you and mocking you, etc.

It was all in self-defense.

You can press charges for harassment.

Bulling is here something you can get a punishment from the judge
but thats here in Belgium, don't know its the same where you live
