Really, I have to go with my first thought: Its none of my business. Even if they have children, hey, a number of things can make the chances of having a retarded mutant baby higher, like having children at an older age.

But I do remember reading that the Darwin family thought they were so superior to everyone that they only mated amongst themselves...
By the second generation of kids they had, they were getting nothing but stillbirths and children with severe mental retardation.
For the sake of humanity, let's keep mating OUT of the family.
