MAC or PC?

Alright... I have to go with PC. I really like PCs more than Macs, but I should give Macs more of a chance. I have tried a few Macs, and I think mostly the reason I don't prefer them is because I have been using PCs my whole life. I like the setup of Macs, but I'm so used to PCs... I'm sure I would have the opposite opinion if I was raised using Macs.

PC's, because all the software I like doesn't work on Macs.

I am a graphic designer, i have a ibook at home and work on a IMAC at my job. I must say that for work in my field MAC are the best, it offers great stability, no blue screen of death (but we have evil rainbow ball) but it doesnt crash at all. The only bad thing about mac is that sometimes, out of nowhere they just shut down o.o its weird, but rarely happens.

PC has a wide field for improvement you can always put a lot of things on them, easier to handle and you can play games in them. MAC are really expensive and sometimes they offer few things for an outrageous price and a PC with the same stuff is usually cheaper.

MAC is not affected by too weak PC viruses.

I could say that if you have the money and want a computer only for work a MAC is the best, but I will go for PC now since you get more of what you need.

I know that since MAC got centrino with boot cam and other software you can actually install windows partition and run .EXE, but is not the same, is never the same (and to improve a mac is way to expenseive ) ... I wanted to buy more RAM for my IBOOK but it seems cheaper just t buy a new laptop pc with a lot of good stuff -.-;;

You have a pretty good argument. I have used my sisters iBook, and it seems really decent. She was also raised with PCs, so she enjoyed all the windows programs. She has Microsoft word and those kinds of programs on there. I think I could enjoy the Mac as much as the PC if I give it more of a chance.

Mac for music related stuff.
PC for just about everything else.

The Mac is a little better, well because Mac leopard already has all the features that the Vista has. ( Even tho I am using Vista right now )

I've grown up with PC's all my life. I hate Apple computers. I recently haven't used them (About 4 years since I've used).

I like using Photoshop on Macs, and I like the sleekness of Apple computers, but I hate Safari.

So, PC. Plus, it's what I'm used to.
