Why?
What religion?

Most of my family is catholic, my great grandparents even favored the kids who went to church. D<

But now, I don't really believe in anything.
I don't label my self agnostic or atheist, it just brings unnecessary arguments.

No religion/atheist here.

I hate how alot of religious freaks try to deem atheists as "Devil worshipers". Shows just how ignorant they really are.

Anyways, I'm atheist because I believe in logic. In common sense. I don't need some mystical being to fall back on when times get hard. I don't need to feed myself with lies of a great afterlife just to get by everyday. I am perfectly fine with the idea of dying and rotting in the dirt, never to return. It happens to everyone and theres no escaping it, so I don't see why it's something I should worry about.

Some people waste away their lives studying the bible and praising their god. But, how many people realize that the bible is simply stories from people. Not written by "god". Which is why I don't get why people worship the bible as much as they do....Why they believe it. Anyone can write a story about how they sprouted wings and flew and claim it to be true. And believe it if you will, but as far as I'm concerned it's a load of shit.

As far as Jesus goes, I believe it was a Houdini of his time. A magician in a time where people were easily taken in by tricks and lies. You have to remember how ignorant people were...I mean, for god sakes, years and years after that, there were people who worshiped god and thought that dancing was for witches...And burned several innocent people at the stake in gods name. We find anything like this absurd today. So I really don't get how people are still taken in by the stories in the bible, and a so called "god".

So, it's easy to see where I stand on the matter. I'm a firm atheist, and find the whole "god" thing to be a heaping pile of shit.

Eh. I don't really consider myself part of any religion - but I'm sure someone will get technical and anal about whatever I state, so I'll just keep that to myself.

My family is Catholic. I get dragged to church every Sunday morning - annoying really. It's always the same bullshit, with a different song every other Sunday. That's about it.

I just think it's kind of weird - and hard to believe - that one guy gets praised and ass-kissed because he dies on behalf of 'sins'.

Star Wars is easier to believe. So. Yeah. Let's just go with I believe in the Jedi or something.

Not religious, But I am force to go to church.

-sigh-, Mormons. Last Sunday they were talking to us about homosexuality and if we ever feel an attraction to the same sex, we should go to our bishop immediately and fix it.

God forbid gays >_>.
