Should 3rd world countries be pissed at anorexics?

I think its the people that over consume that are more to blame that than those that underconsume.

valid point, only accepting it because of the intended humor. Otherwise the likelihood of that actually happening is something like 1 out of every 6 females.

third world countries shouldn't hate america or anything americans do. We do more for the third world than any other nation around.

That doesn't mean they don't exist.
Though my personal experience really should mean nothing to you, I have been apart of many Eating Disordered communities, (Not just online), and there were a few Anorexics here and there who developed it because they got 'addicted' to the feeling of not eating, (Usually because at one point in time they didn't have enough money to eat, lived in a poor family, etc.) Afterwards, the other disordered behaviors followed. It may not seem likely, but it does happen.
