That's really not discrimination. I mean those are facts. If it is a known fact that homosexual people have a higher risk of contracting STD's, Disorders, and Abnormalities that can be transfered via blood it is common sense to prevent it.

Oh okay lol. That's like saying that if I was a Merchant and I didn't want a certain someone near my stand because they are known to be a thief, I am discriminating against them.

Yes and no. I feel two homosexuals or lesbians should be able to get engaged but they should call it something different and have a different way, or tradition of wedding them.

However, it would be awkward if they were to adopt a child. It would also become difficult on the child.
That's not always true, the kid could actually grow up to be tolerant. I mean everyday the world is growing more and more liberal, it's really our parents who are fermenting bigotry and hate. I know my parents tried, not to be awful just because that's the culture they grew up in. But things are different now and gay couples adopting could probably only help. Of course, they'd have to go through the same exams as straight couples and would probably have a more difficult time adopting but things have to start somewhere.

At my school on the form that we fill out in order to give blood one of the questions is "Have you ever had sex with the member of the opposite sex." If you choose yes they obviously don't let you give blood. But that's a faulty system, straight people have AIDS too.

I'm pretty sure I could explain why gay people have a higher chance of AIDS.

Why? Naming it something else doesn't change what it is.
