Seriously, I'm fully capable of showing my love without getting knocked up. I'm even capable of showing it without getting married. If I need to tie myself to somebody or give birth to their kid for them to believe that I love them, I shouldn't be with them in the first place.

But the same race marriage that isn't right, is a man marrying a child right? if gay marriage was allowed that would open doors for alot of others things also, a man should be with a women and a women with a man. its been that way since the beggining so why change it now? | Apparently I'm not a human, then. Nice.
Gays and Lesbians have been around since forever, it just wasn't as open. Deal with it.

The problem is that the government gives tax benefits to people who get married, whether or not they have children.
If two people who are sterile get married, they will get the same marriage benefits as people who can have children or do have children.
Yet, gay people who choose to live together cannot get these same tax benefits.
Basically, the government right now is paying people to be straight and making it more difficult economically for gay people. | In the end, it's all about tax and money. HAHHAHA.
Oh well...sorry, too tired and I've g2g......

Oh well...sorry, too tired and I've g2g...... | What the fuck, no. I could give a shit about the tax benefits- I want to get married to my lover because I love him, and I'd rather be treated the exact same way straight people are treated. We could bring up the whole womans rights thing again, but I think you know where I'm heading. It's the exact same way.

Can't in the US or anywhere else.

Is marriage honestly worth it anymore? So many people are divorcing, sometimes marriage isn't even about love anymore. It's a piece of paper...
What are we keeping from the gays/lesbians by withholding the right to get married? Benefits? So what.. If they were in it for benefits then a gay couple and a lesbian couple could marry each other but be swingers.. Loving whom they truely love on the side.
Who defined that two people of the same sex cannot love each other and join in marriage..
Even animals have the choice, so are gays/lesbians lower than animals that they can't be allowed to live how they want?
Anyway, /rant off...
I'm straight but I see no real problem with gay marriage.
