I smoke Black and Milds, but that's it. A lot of people don't believe me when I tell them I do though because I ran Cross Country in high school and am in the AF now, haha.

But seriously, who cares, if you want to smoke, smoke. It's pretty stress relieving.

I smoke cigars with mates sometimes if its appropriate at a party, or a special occasion.
I smoke weed, and of course - that has tobacco mixed in the joint, so i smoke cigarette tobacco. I hate cigarette tobacco..

My body is amazing. It is the product of millions of years of evolotion from nothing more than bacteria to what it is now, all the results of one miraculous accident of birth after another. I can't imagine how long it took for lungs to evolve, but I appreciate it. I appreciate it that if neanderthals smoked, I may not be here today because their lungs may not have been able to handle sprinting for the hunt.

Smoking is not what my body has evolved to do, and so I don't smoke. I think it's disrespectful to my body and to my evolutionary ancestors.

Besides, I want to live a long healthy life and I don't want to put crap into my body which will shorten and damage the quality of my life. Imminent death aside, cigarette smoke smells horrible and it makes you look gross.

I used to smoke more than a package of cigarretes daily. I quit for more than a year ago.

I had always practiced lots of sports and went to the gym regularly. After a while I had to stop my physical activity because the coughing and difficulty for breathing where too annoying.

I now feel my lungs fresh and clean, my cardiovascular resistance wasn't affected (due to the fact that I quit young) and the odor of cigarrete smoke makes me gag.

I think it's the worst thing anybody can start doing, smoking. You are fucking your health in a REALLY expensive way.

I never tell anybody "Oh smoking is bad" either. They can do what they want, hopefuly they will quit, but anyone to their own.

I smoke. I'm still pissed at Obama for getting rid of cloves (which I don't smoke) and flavored cigarettes (which are mostly nostalgic for me)
