I actually sort of agree with you on that one. I think a lot of kids are conditioned into acting like that after seeing what teenagers supposedly act like on TV their whole lives. I was never horrible to teachers but I was a bitch to my parents back in my early-mid teens. That said, mum wasn't really ready to have a teenage daughter either and she was sort of a crappy parent back then.

Only 60%? I swear where I live is about 90% Mexican.

But not all of us make complete asses of ourselves.. My school isn't bad. We just goof off a lot. But we don't give the teachers/subs too much trouble. And they know we are just messing around. I love my pre-cal class. There is one kid in there who just cracks me up. And when you add the other 3 that he messes with/hangs out with.. We spend basically the entire time laughing.

I hate this new thing they started doing though. When someone says something stupid, or something that has already been said, they say "still".

High school's not that...bad. Or, okay, maybe it is. >.< The guy who sits next to me in geometry choked a teacher in the hallway and all he got was 3 day suspension.

But, seriously, this shit has been going on forever. When I was in middle school, a couple of 7th graders tried to burn the school down. For no reason other than the board was considering building us a new school with air conditioning and heat. >.< Admittedly, my middle school is around 100 yrs old but...still.

Kids get away with everything today. Im in highschool and it seems like teachers have little to no power to discipline any students. its sick, and annoying in my opinion.

Dude in my highschool, 2/10 kids were drug dealers.
Steroid abusers.

Brand new school, size of a college. Rich area etc.
All thugs and preps and mixes lol.

Fights, gangs, etc.
