Of course, it's unlikely in some, but it's possible in all.
People get concussed all the time in Australian Football.

they tested the tackle force of an average rugby player to THE SMALLEST PLAYER ON A FOOTBALL FIELD (cornerback) and the cornerback's tackle was 4x the strength of the rugby player.
cant fight scientific facts now can ya
in the video below it says that cornerbacks only hit 6 times per game. but there are 5 cornerbacks at least playing and what about everyone else who tackles? football exerts more force pads or not YouTube - Rugby VS Gridiron
