New Bazaar "Shop/Tent" ?

Okay, am I totally out of my mind or is this a NEW place?
I havent noticed it until today! LOL...

In neopian bazaar there is a tent called Skittle's Mystery Tent?

Never seen it;P
And it cant be visited at the moment either.

Strange, cuz Im in Sweden, and I dont think they have any special stuff for Sweden:P

Not there for me either and I live in Germany, can't be a Europe only thing then. So it's either a hidden random event shop (which I doubt) or something Neopets is planning for that empty spot and you got lucky of being able to see it already. Or the last option, you faked it on a paint program. :P

EDIT: Checked the Shop IDs aswell now, the last available ID is 107 which is the "Prigpants & Swolthy, Tailors" shop in Neovia. 108 is unavailable.

I did a search on google.
I see forums, where people talk about this Skittles Tent.
They talking about collecting skittles, and getting items such as paintbrushes and stuff..
But I never heard of collecting skittles before ^^
