If you still havent found, on my mac its shift apple 3 and it should take the picture and appear on your desktop as 'picture 1' in jif file i think.

Use apple Shift 3 to take a pic of the whole page, and apple shift 4 to select what you screenie.

Yeah, just use the grab tool. Or just go to help and then type in "screen shot" and it will link you to your grabber. That's how I open it every time..at least for my macbook (:
