I love all these pretty much equally

Cowboy Bebop ~ Dubbed. Normally I hate dubs. But this dub rocked. I'm going to get to meet Steve Blum in November!

Death Note ~ Pre-anime. I will watch the anime but I prefer the manga. They ruined the ending. They made it all sentimental and sad. But no. It was supposed to be all, HA LIGHT!! YOU LOOOSE LOOOOOOSE BITCH!

Hellsing ~ NOT THE ANIME. I hated the anime. WHERE WAS MEH MILLENNIUM??? The OVA and the manga are just fantastic.

And not sure if this fits in but
