No, this is for people deserving.

Its apparent your not deserving because you can't properly go about posting without spamming or posting unneeded comments, threads. Judging by your infractions and by over viewing your posts, I don't even think your deserving to reach UG at 100 posts, so we'll see when you get there ;)
