Flashing

So lately I've been thinking of maybe having my 360's DVD Drive Flashed.

I'm unsure I might just keep the one I have and just save up for another one and flash that one's DVD Drive.

Can you buy an already flashed one? Like on eBay for cheap?
Or you can save up, flash your current one, and buy a new one if you want.

Well I looked into it more and I found a part that can be added to the 360 so I would just have to open my 360 once and let the tool do the rest.

I also saw a site that sells pre-modded 360's and if you wanted you could turn it into a DVD Burner for game back-upping.
