I was playing online and i get in like lobbie and talk fine... but then when i get into game it kinda glitches a bit, like talk goes in and out, is that my headset or is it because i am far away from my internet?

More than likely it is because you are far away from your internet connection.

Borrow someone elses headset and see if it fixes the problem. If it doesnt, then move your xbox closer to the router (wireless connection im assuming?) and if its none of the above its just how the games made.

Na, its either the game is lagging. This use to happen to me when I used to play H3.

All three possibilities have been stated.

1. You're far away from the internet. Now do you have a wireless router, or is your console set-up with the Ethernet cable?
2. It could be the mic. If it works fine in the lobby, I'm thinking it doesn't have a problem like this. I'm safely assuming your mic is fine.
3. Since we got #2 out of the way, this seems very likely. If the game is lagging, then the mic will lag. Even if the game isn't lagging, there is the possibility that your mic is lagging. It could be how it is plugged into the controller. Try pushing it up a bit when you talk, and see if that helps.
