Bex's Neopets Raffle (again)

RULES: 1. No illegit neopoints. Anyone caught giving me anything illegit will be banned from my raffle.
2. Only I, Bex, am holding neopoints. Anyone claiming to be "helping" me is trying to scam you and please contact a mod/admin at once!
3. No refunds. I don't care if you don't win, you paid for your ticket and there is no getting your np back.
4. You have 2 weeks until the next raffle. Please try to get in early as it helps a lot.
5. You have a maximum of ONE week to claim prizes. I will PM winners for their usernames or lot numbers, if you do not claim your prize in 7 days it will be kept for the next raffle (this rule isn't set in stone, if there are problems on my end or yours then just tell me and you will receive your prize. I just don't want to hold onto items for people who just ignore my PMs.)
6. MAXIMUM of 2 tickets per raffle. (Will possibly change each raffle, but so far I like to keep a limit on tickets.)
7. Please PM me if you need anything. I don't bite (most of the time) and I am generally a nice person, so if you are wanting anything then please ask.
8. Donations can be "sold" to me for tickets. If you would like to donate something to the raffle then please PM me full details on the donation and we can come to an agreement on how many tickets you want.

HOW TO PLAY:
It's simple. Just PM or post how many tickets you want. I will then PM you a link to a trade lot. Just make a bid in neopoints or ETS items in reference to how many tickets you want. I will then accept your trade and edit the list of ticket holders.
(I am forgetful so if I didn't edit your name in just give me a poke and I'll add you right away.)

p.s. You a Underground member? Then ask me for a USD ticket sale. My normal ratio is $5 per mil and you can buy up to 3 tickets if you are Underground.
EDIT ABOUT BUYING TICKETS WITH USD: When you "Gift" someone money via paypal you can't charge back. So I will accept paypal payments to members with over 25 post count and preferably +1iTrade rep.
NEW EDIT: If you can get TWO (2) people to purchase 1 (or more) tickets I'll give you another ticket for free. (even if you have the MAX I'll give you an extra ticket.)
Both people will have to tell me who referred them to the raffle AND MUST HAVE 25 POSTS.
Invite new or old members to join. A free ticket for anyone who gets two (oh and only 2 will get you a ticket. Get 10 people and you don't get 5, this is just a one time deal).
