So, a family is moving in across the street, right? So of course I was trying to get a peek at what they like like and whatever. They're moving it in at NIGHt though, isn't that weird?!
Anyway, from what I could see, it looks like a hot young lad is movin' in.

Don't know how old he is, probably around my age or a little older. He looked kind of tanned, dark hair, maybe spiked? It was hard to tell. He was wearing a hoodie and jeans. From what I could tell, it looked like he had a great ass.
Thank god. Most of the dudes around here are total freaks.
Any ideas on how to make a great first impression on this guy?
I pray to god he's not like, 13 or something.
