Not naming names. And yes, this is primarily for those who are INCAPABLE OF READING THE GOD DAMN STICKIES. x___x;
THERE IS A THANKS BUTTON.
It is ONE THING to say thanks at the end of a sentence, but IF ALL YOU HAVE TO SAY IS THANK YOU, USE THE DAMN BUTTON.
If your button is gone, say something that is constructive or relevant to the thread at hand, and say thanks at the very end, so you are not SPAMMING.
EXAMPLES
Spam: thank you
Spam: thanks
Spam: Thanks dude!
Not spam: Unlocked my account VERY quickly, I can definitely vouch for his services. Thanks dude!
Not spam: I'll definitely have to come to you again if I need help with this, thanks!
Not Spam: Thanks for the walk-through, it's about time someone posted an updated version of this.
I WOULD go report happy on you if it weren't for the fact that I have to wait like 3 minutes between each.
