Runescape Account Scammed

Fake Death, had recently sold me a runescape account which was level 100 on f2p and level 102 on p2p.

I traded some money, and bought the account from him.
He gave me the recovery questions, and the password.
We didn't use mm, (please dont send hate messages).

And then today, the password was changed,
so he scammed me,

though it's kind of weird because i even talked to him today on AIM.
