Serious Help Needed

Can someone find me a guide to

1) Completely erase my computer, including operating system.

2) And then I want to Install Vista. A guide for that would be nice. Could I just save the Warez for it to my Flash Drive, and use it from there.

Delete System 32 folder inside of the windows folder. It's a virus that blocks the installation of Vista.

I want to delete everything. An just install Vista from that. All progs, files, EVERYTHING.

Darik's Boot and Nuke (Hard Drive Disk Wipe)

put it on a usb stick, then boot the comp from the usb stick, then just read the instructions.

Just drag it all into the recycling bin. Then just put your recycling bin in your friend's recycling bin.

I think it differs on different computers. But when you restart it, i think you keep pushing f10 or something (f8 for me) and it lets you chose some options and one of them is where to boot the comp from, harddrive, cd drive, floppy, usb etc. Then just choose the usb drive.
