Spasms

I pulled a muscle in my back playing tennis yesterday, now I can't lean backwards with out almost falling over in pain because the muscle effects my spine. So I have back spasms.


If anyone else has had back problems you'll know what I mean, your whole back locks up.


I don't like spasms.

Oh and I may not be on much for the next few days because I can't sit in this chair for long. The physical trainer said I should be ready to play in a day or two xD.

Ooh, I had a similar thing happen when I was younger. That sucks. It takes a while to heal all the way too so don't strain yourself.

I'm trying not to, I missed tennis today. But I'm in a tournament next weekend :/, I should be better xD.

i hurt my back once when i was skating a half pipe my back went numb in the air and i fell and cracked my skull open it only lasted about 2 weks for me
